D Document´s certification


· All the documents issued in a foreign country (including the documents issued by Consulates) will have to be certified by the Argentinean Consulate of the country who issued it, or certified with an “Apostille” (for non-bordering counties which ratify the The Hague Convention) http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apostilla


· All the documents written in a foreign language will have to be translated into Spanish in Argentina and certified by a Sworn Translators Association in Argentina.

La DIRECCION NACIONAL DE PROTECCION DE DATOS PERSONALES, Organo de Control de la Ley Nº 25.326, tiene la atribución de atender las denuncias y reclamos que se interpongan con relación al incumplimiento de las normas sobre protección de datos personales.
